Our Products:
Smart Mandrels™ are a reusable mandrel system that offers composite manufacturers a new, inexpensive solution to the high labor and material costs of conventional mandrels. This innovative system reduces the time and difficulty of the composite tooling process, especially for parts with complex geometries and trapped tooling configurations. The result is reliable, repeatable composite parts with accurate inner mold lines.
Smart Bladders are an advanced, reusable tooling solution that replaces conventional bladders. This bladder system operates first as a net-shaped, rigid lay-up mandrels and then transitions to an inflatable bladder. This offers the benefits of both solid lay-up surface and an inflatable bladder during cure. The result is composite parts with precise outer mold lines.
