HI-TEST Laboratories, Inc., founded in 1975, is a world-class provider of turn-key solutions for industry and government programs, including research, design, testing and evaluation. The Applied Technologies Division of HI-TEST is based in Washington DC and offers design and analysis services in advanced composite materials, structural design, damage analysis of composite structures, fracture mechanics and ballistic modeling and simulation. The AT Division’s expertise ranges from standard static analyses to highly dynamic analyses, including the response to underwater shock events and ballistics.
HI-TEST’s testing facility is based in Arvonia, VA and offers a full spectrum of testing, with significant experience in underwater explosive (UNDEX) shock and vibration in accordance with MIL-S-901D and MIL-STD-167. Additional testing facilities are available to support in-air and radiated noise and impact/grounding.
HI-TEST Laboratories is dedicated to providing a single source for design, analysis, test, and evaluation services to the US Navy, The Department of Defense, and commercial contractors. HI-TEST is a certified HUBZone Small Business (FAR 19.13).
